Hyperspectral Data - Masking

Hyperspectral datasets of plants captured under lab conditions need to be prepared in various ways before their content can be analyzed (pre-processing).

GEOSCAP put in place:
◌ IDL-program with graphic user interface to differentiate between plant material and test set-up
◌ Interactive selection with the help of scroll bars and hyperspectral channels
◌ Automatic processing of entire data batches and storage of sets of parameters
