Vegetation Index - Segmentation

To register phenotypes of grape wines images are taken at laboratory conditions with a color and infrared camera. The images are then analyzed to determine the vegetation indices of segments.

GEOSCAP delivered:
◌ Matlab program with graphic user interface to identify the vegetation index (DVI) from color- / infrared images
◌ Interactive capturing of segments in RGB and NIR images
◌ Automatic processing of entire data batches and saving of the parameters in text files for further analyses
